The women entrepreneur recognizes an opportunity and often reveals biases in taking the decision to develop the prospects.  An attempt is made to study the work life balance of women entrepreneurs. It is very important for entrepreneurs to face the problems on work and personal life and which will help to control entrepreneur’s absenteeism, low productivity and health care expenses and as a result of performance will build. This is very helpful to women entrepreneurs to develop managing techniques and strategies that will help to manage their work and life.  This research is based on descriptive and analytical in nature based on primary data.  So the present paper endeavors on the journey of 50 women entrepreneurs as to how they maintain a balance between the household and entrepreneurial work through the Interview Schedule and offers the suggestions of their experiences.
