Pop-Machina report on user requirements (Deliverable 2.5)
Description
This deliverable analyses the environment of Pop-Machina from a technical perspective complementing the social, urban, legal and taxation aspects analysed in the rest of the tasks of WP2. Considering the Pop‑Machina overall architecture that comprises three main modules, namely, the social collaboration platform, the data collection and analytics tool and the open knowledge tool, this document presents the relevant business and user requirements, which have been extracted by the seven pilot partners of the consortium. User requirements from the academic partners are also recorded to reveal additional functionalities of the platform that can serve scientific and research purposes. Following the user requirements analysis, the system requirements, both functional and non-functional, have been elicited and are included in the current document. The result of this technical study is the design of the relational data model of Pop-Machina, on which all platform components will rely. Finally, a rich set of pilot use cases that will form the basis of Pop-Machina evaluation are defined for all involved cities.
