Description
D4.1 contains the documentation of the baseline situation in utilities regarding the implementation of sensors, models and systems in the frame of developing the DWC digital solutions. Structured fact sheets summarize a questionnaire sent to the utility partners and the technology providers to evaluate the existing framework, foreseen or used data architectures, and to provide the basis for the strategic and tactical risk analysis to be performed within T4.2 and for developing a semantic middleware within T4.3.
