Description
This Paper deals with Fabrication, Comparison and mechanical investigation of Basalt and Glass fiber reinforced composites (FRCs). Basalt fiber is a natural fiber which has a high elastic modulus, resulting in excellent specific strength, three times that of steel. The Glass fiber is much cheaper and significantly less brittle when used in composites. Here, during fabrication we choose two types of filler material in different composition. Then after solidification, the prepared samples are being tested to verify the various properties of mechanics such as tensile strength.
