Weighted-effect ASCA (WE-ASCA) codes

Description
The utilized codes for WE-ASCA method were uploaded:
- WEASCA-GLMfit.R: includes two functions for decomposing the response matrix and for applying a permutation test based on the WE-ASCA workflow.
- WEASCA-App.R: is an application script that calls all functions utilized to demonstrate the WE-ASCA workflow including the decomposition of response matrix, permutation tests with respect to the considered analysis and PCA models.
Notes
The ASCA and ASCA+ codes are not included herein.
