Description
The first version of the SpatIS functions is released!
This repository shares the code and details on the Spatial Individual Specialization Index (SpatIS) and the Spatis Individual Complementary Specialization Index (SpatICS), two functions implemented in R to calculate individual specialization in the use of space by animals using telemetry data. The repository also present tracking data of bats from the Atlantic Forest and all scripts used in the analysis of the paper by Kerches-Rogeri et al (2020, see below).
