Land Trend Productivity - ANPP and WUE Monitoring for SDG 15.3.1.
Description
Land Trend Productivity monitoring for SDG 15.3.1.
CORE FUNCTIONS:
The script computes the trends in Annual Net Primary Production (ANPP) and Water Use Efficiency (WUE), it plots the results at aoi and applies a Mann-Kendalls test to determine the significance of the trend's slope during the user-defined time window. Additionally the script allows the analysis and visualization of correlation in time between the trend in ANPP and WUE and of regression in space WUE Z scores on ANPP Z scores.
The code can be used for Sentinel 2 data seamlessly, with the addition of a simple cloud filtering algorithm. The same goes for Landsat data, though the lower revisit frequency implies a greater risk of missing on important information.
OPTIONAL FUNCTIONS:
Sen's slope is computed for ANPP and WUE and the corresponding maps are added to the display.
The Mann-Kendalls is also applied to ANPP and WUE Sen's slopes, the corresponding outputs are displayed for exploration's sake.
