FIGURE 136 in Scolytodes Ferrari (Coleoptera, Scolytinae) from Ecuador: 40 new species, and a molecular phylogenetic guide to infer species differences

Description

FIGURE 136. Phylogenetic tree resulting from the Bayesian analysis of combined COI and 28S nucleotide sequences. Outgroups are pruned (Scolytoplatypus and Gymnochilus). Node support values are placed to the left of nodes, with posterior probabilities above and ML bootstrap values below the branch. Species collected from Cecropia are marked by a green line. Species collected in Ecuador are marked according to collecting sites: high altitude above 1500 m (H), east (E) or west (W) of the high Andes (below 800 m).
