THE SCIENTIFIC AND PEDAGOGICAL BASIS OF THE FORMATION OF CONSCIOUS MOTIVATION TO STUDY THE PHYSICAL CULTURE OF STUDENT YOUTH

Description

The article substantiates the scientific and pedagogical bases of the formation of conscious motivation. The social significance of physical education classes is determined and the ways of forming the personal physical culture of student youth are determined.

The purpose of the work is to identify the importance of the process of forming the physical culture of the individual as a factor in involving student youth in systematic sports. To investigate the motivational factors of forming a student's attitude to physical education. Investigate the factors that influence the development of personality.

Methodology.  The work uses a set of complementary methods in accordance with the task. The method of formation of physical culture is based on psycho-physiological features of student youth development. The formation of knowledge about the impact of physical culture on human health begins with the awareness of the proportion of motor activity to a safe level of human health. The method of knowledge of physical culture is aimed at encouraging students to move activities, organize free time for physical improvement, the manifestation of volitional efforts to overcome physical activity. Determination of the amount of motor activity of a student within the limits of motor mode. Organization of independent motor activity in accordance with the physical development and individual, functional capabilities of the student.

Scientific novelty. Scientific information on the formation of students' conscious motivation to exercise physical culture by identifying and applying in the educational and pedagogical process the effective factors of the student's personality. The scientific and pedagogical foundations are aimed at mobilizing the reserves of engaging student youth in physical education. Formative aspects of attitude to physical culture are based on the individual features of the student's development.
