patRoon benchmarking & demonstration data
Description
Raw LC-HRMS data that was used for benchmarking and demonstrating the first release of patRoon (https://github.com/rickhelmus/patRoon). The dataset consists of two different influent and effluent samples from a drinking water treatment pilot installation and a procedural blank (all in triplicate). The analyses were performed with an LC-Orbitrap Fusion instrument with positive ESI ionization. More analytical details are in Brunner et al 2019 (10.1016/j.scitotenv.2019.135779).
The Dutch drinking water companies Dunea and PWN are acknowledged for sharing this data.
