Description
Pachypappa tremulae (Linnaeus, 1761)
Diagnosis
Holocyclic, dioecious, alternating between Populus tremula (Salicaceae) and Picea. Anholocyclic hibernation on roots of Picea is common.
Recorded secondary hosts
Pinaceae: Picea abies *, orientalis, sitchensis.
