Description
R code, shell scripts, and species parameter files for the DDRP (Degree-Days, Risk, and Phenological event mapping) platform, which is presented in "DDRP: real-time phenology and climatic suitability modeling of invasive insects." Species parameter files are for light brown apple moth (LBAM, Epiphyas postvittana) and small tomato borer (STB, Neoleucinodes elegantalis).
