154. Acleris enitescens (Meyrick, 1912)

Peronea enitescens Meyrick, 1912; Exotic Microlepid. 1: 16.

TL: India, Assam, Khasi Hills [now in Meghalaya].

Distribution: India (Meghalaya); Japan; Korea; Nepal (Diakonoff 1976; Byun et al. 1998).

Host: Fletcher (1932) lists Rubus sp., and Yasuda (1975) lists Rubus microphyllus (Rosaceae) as the food plant of this species.

Illustrations: Adult and genitalia (Clarke 1958: 8; Byun et al. 1998: 216, 234, 272).
