СТРУКТУРА, ІСТОРІЯ ТА ОСОБЛИВОСТІ ЧОЛОВІЧОГО ІМЕНУВАННЯ В АРАБСЬКІЙ АНТРОПОНІМІЇ
Description
The study examines the peculiarities of naming men in the system of Arab anthroponomy. These include the structure, historical background, meanings, and origins of major Arab male names. It has been found that traditional masculine names in the Arab world consist of a number of mandatory components that not only identify a person but also indicate his or her ancestry, religion, cultural, geographical identity and / or personality traits. Particular attention in the article is devoted to the meaning of the most common masculine names of both religious and secular origin in the Arabic language.
