Una aproximación ambiental al yacimiento prehistórico argárico de Peñalosa (Baños de la Encina, Jaén). Arqueología y Territorio 1: 83-99
Description
In the municipality of Baños de la Encina, Jaén, we find one of the most important argaric sites of the High Guadalquivir valley, near the Rumblar river, one of the Guadalquivir tributaries. It’s called Peñalosa. An analysis of environment has been carried out, by studying all the geographical characterists of its surroundings: climate, vegetation, edaphology, geomorphology, geology and mining, and their evolution in relation to the development of the Argaric culture.
