The world eagers to discover clean fuels for future use to power our vehicles and different devices. Further emissions of harmful gases will not lead to survival in this environment. Some noticeable changes should be made instantly in our power producing units whether they are stationary or portable to preserve our environment. This paper explores the recent advancements in electric vehicles, conventional engines. The study also compares the technology used previously and being used in future to make the power-producing units more efficiently and less emissive
