Distribution in the Arabian Peninsula: United Arab Emirates (Hamer 1986, 1988; Guichard 1988; Gillett & Gillett 2005; Howarth & Gillett 2008; Schmid-Egger 2011).
Extralimital distribution: Mediterranean region to Afghanistan, China, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan.
