Distribution in the Arabian Peninsula: Kuwait (Al-Houty 1989, 1997), United Arab Emirates (Hamer 1986, 1988; Gillett & Gillett 2005; Howarth & Gillett 2008).
Extralimital distribution: Algeria, Austria, Bulgaria, France, Greece, Hungary, Iran, Italy, Kazakhstan, Libya, Morocco, Portugal, Romania, Russia, Slovakia, Spain, Switzerland, Tajikistan, Turkey, Ukraine.
