Description
Calving using augmented level-set function.
Diagnostic (uv) and prognostic (uvh) assembly now identical with respect to h variable.
For comparision purposes, semi-implict transient solver implemented. The (much better) fully implicit uvh solver is still the default.
Minor changes to the way the active-set method is implemented.
