СУТНІСТЬ І КЛАСИФІКАЦІЯ ЧИННИКІВ МІЖНАРОДНОЇ ЕКОНОМІЧНОЇ ДІЯЛЬНОСТІ В СИСТЕМІ КООРДИНАТ ОРГАНІЗАЦІЙНОГО РОЗВИТКУ

The article identifies the essential characteristics of international economic activity (subject, object, object of activity, levels of application). The factors that must be taken into account in its implementation are distinguished. In terms of content: economic; technological; managerial; environmental; cultural; social; environmental attributes: factors of the internal environment of the country conducting international economic activities; factors of the external environment of the country conducting international economic activities: global and regional factors. It is proved that the international economic activity is carried out by the state in the person of public administration for the purpose of providing comfortable and safe conditions for realization of foreign economic operations by enterprises of any form of ownership and type of management. This made it possible to clarify the place of international economic activity in the organizational development coordinate systems and to prove that international economic activity can be carried out at the interstate, regional and global levels. The subject of international economic activity determines the entities that carry it out. The relationship between the subject and subjects of international economic activity depends substantially on the economic system of a particular country. Organizational development in a global or international regional environment inevitably implies a certain partnership and mutual coordination of the state as a subject of international legal relations and business entities engaged in foreign economic transactions. This circumstance significantly changes the conditions in which international economic activity takes place. This updates their permanent monitoring. The selected essential characteristics of international economic activity make it possible to focus the monitoring of these circumstances in such a way as to optimize the organizational development of the subjects of international economic activity, namely the functions of these entities, their structure in temporal and spatial coordinates, rules and procedures for conducting international economic activity.
