lgan/cesm_sw_1.0.1: Some efforts on refactoring and optimizing the Community Earth System Model(CESM1.3.1) on the Sunway TaihuLight supercomputer

We have done some efforts on refactoring and optimizing the Community Earth System Model(CESM) on the Sunway TaihuLight supercomputer, which uses a many-core processor that consists of management processing elements (MPEs) and clusters of computing processing elements (CPEs). Our optimized code is organized in the SourcesMods directory. Due to the special nature of the Sunway Taihulight architecture, our optimized code is divided into the main core code which placed in the subdirectories other than subdirectory src.cpe and the slave core code which placed in src.cpe directory. The current version number is cesm_sw_1.0.1 which is continuously updated.
