PECULIARITIES OF REFLEXIVE MANAGEMENT IN THE CONTEXT OF FORMATION OF PROFESSIONAL THINKING OF PERSONALITY

The article deals with the problem of reflexive management of the process of formation of professional thinking of personality in the conditions of modernization of vocational training in higher education.

The purpose of the work. The main purpose of implementing the reflective management of the formation of professional thinking of the individual was to organize the self-management of future music teacher-educators by the process of formation of their professional thinking on the basis of the study of their essence and content of this thinking, as well as the mechanisms of management of this thinking.

The methodology of the research was the most important provisions of the theory of knowledge and logic about the rational and creative essence of personality, which implements the principles of reflection in the process of active research self-critical activity.

The scientific novelty lies in the established patterns of reflexive management of the process of forming the professional thinking of students, according to which, the more compatible, the factors influencing the formation of the professional thinking of future music teachers were agreed, and the chosen means of this formation, the faster and more reliable he passed the more experienced high level of professional thinking in the process of interaction with the subjects of music-theoretical research.

Conclusions. The realization of students’ self-management through the formation of their own professional thinking allowed them to expand their understanding and comprehension of the integral process of musical research, to reveal the mechanisms of managing this process, as well as to master the process of self-assessment, self-regulation and self-correction of their own professional ideas, judgments, conclusions.

Thus, it can be stated that the main characteristics of the professional thinking of the future teacher-musician are consistency, coherence, focus on the constant study of musical art, expressed in the course of reflexive control of the process of its formation, arising under the implementation of the principles of unity of rational and creative, logical and historical, individual and social, personal and activity approaches.

Based on the above, we can conclude that the reflective management of the process of forming students’ professional thinking, which is the basis of the study, not only ensures the assertion of their subjective position in the relations that arise in the process of interaction with the subjects of music-theoretical research, but also individualization, specification of this process. As a result, the intelligent and creative personality of a professionally educated future music teacher develops.
