This Nowadays many organizations are replacing face to face human resource
management with electronic human resource management activities. We may say
E-HRM in short. There are many facilities with the usage of E-HRM. It provides
dynamic Operational capabilities. And It is also very useful in improving the
effectiveness of Human Resource management to a great extent. E -HRM integrates
all human resource activities and procedures with the help of Web based technologies
such as Internet . With the help of E-HRM the HR manager can get all t he data
compiled in one place and he can able to make analysis and take decision effectively
on his personnel. E-HRM reduces time to a great extent. Overall it improves efciency
and it is cost effective. This paper analyses the important aspects of E-HRM for the
growth and effectiveness of modern Human Resource Management.
