Description

Poster presentation presented at the 2019 FCC week displaying the progress made with the deposition of superconducting NbN thin films onto flat copper samples. This poster focuses on the results from an initial screening study conducted to elucidate the effects of different deposition parameters on the resultant NbN thin film. The main figures of merit are the transition temperature and the magnetic entry flux which were measured at IEE SAS in Bratislava.
