Supplementary Tables for "Whole-genome comparison between the type strain of Halobacterium salinarum (DSM 3754T) and the laboratory strains R1 and NRC-1"

The genome of the Halobacterium salinarum type strain (strain 91-R6) was compared to that of the laboratory strains R1 and NRC-1. Protein-coding genes were extensively correlated, mainly between strains 91-R6 and R1.
