New ways to improve the common understanding of users in an agile development team
Description
This paper presents the experiences of an in-house development of a Current Research Information System (CRIS) at Chalmers University of Technology. Working in an agile cross-functional team can both be beneficial and challenging. Problems could for example arise when some of the team members work with tasks far from the users. This means that it becomes more difficult to create a common understanding of the users' needs and desires. By inviting representatives from the target groups to the team room, the knowledge can be increased.
