Formation of a Model of Cooperation Between Professional Educational Structures and Business in the Preparation of Highly Qualified Personnel

Cooperation between professional educational institutions and business is an important aspect in the preparation of qualified personnel and the formation of quality education. In this regard, the article presents a number of problems of training specialists from the position of demand in the labour market of the Vladimir region, considers the key elements of the interaction of the main participants of cooperation, identifies the main barriers. In conclusion, further steps in the formation of an effective model of interaction between universities and business are justified.
