Docker image: Optimization of fast algorithms for global Quadrature by Expansion using target-specific expansions

This is a Docker image containing software for reproducing the results in the paper "Optimization of fast algorithms for global Quadrature by Expansion using target-specific expansions," available at doi/10.1016/j.jcp.2019.108976 or on arXiv.

It was built using the code in the Github repository https://github.com/mattwala/gigaqbx-ts-paper-code.

This image also contains raw results for the BVP experiment in Section 4.3 of the paper, which are not part of the repository due to space constraints.
