Description
This deliverable consists of two parts. Part 1 provides a general overview and instruction on the EuroMix testing strategy regarding the liver specific endpoint steatosis to give a broad picture and the general nature of the test strategy. Part 2 provides a scientific article describing the in vitro testing strategy for steatosis in detail. Additionally, a detailed description (SOP) of the AdipoRed Assay performed in HepaRG cells were given in Annex 1.
