Description
Code and dataset for the support of a journal publication - "A Bayesian framework for inferring the influence of sequence context on point mutations".
The code is available under the CIPI repository on GitHub and includes a jupyter notebook for running the method. An example folder is attached under the CIPI/example folder in the CIPI repository.
The archived data is available in the latest release and include both simulated data and empirical data raw files and basic model analysis.
