Description
Compatible with Drupal 7.x, Tripal 3.x.
TPPS is a Tripal extension module used to capture data and metadata describing genotype, phenotype and environmental studies associated with landscape genomics or association genetics investigations. The data and metadata are then stored in chado so that they can be analyzed downstream by high performance computational tools.
