ПІДГОТОВКА СТУДЕНТІВ ДО ОРГАНІЗАЦІЙНО-ВИХОВНОЇ ПРАКТИКИ У ДИТЯЧИХ ЗАКЛАДАХ ОЗДОРОВЛЕННЯ ТА ВІДПОЧИНКУ

The article deals with the forms and essence of training of the H.S. Skovoroda Kharkiv National Pedagogical University 3rd year students for the organizational and educational internship in the child facilities of recreation and recuperation. Training is seen as mastering the knowledge, formation of abilities and skills required to meet the challenges of organizational and educational internship. The system of training for internship in the child facilities of recreation and recuperation during the summer period created in the University manifests itself in the following forms: study of module «Pedagogical skills of a teacher in the organization and conducting of educational activities in the school» in the «Basics of pedagogical skills» course; training in the three-days long seminar meeting organized by the Chair of General Pedagogics and Pedagogics of the Higher School together with the Internship Office of the University; participation in the prescriptive conference on the organizational and educational internship. Program of the seminar meeting includes familiarizing students with specific features of educational activities during vacations, summer recreations; with approaches to the planning of educational activities in the temporary children’s collective; organization of camp counselor’s work; psychological and pedagogical fundamentals of activities with different categories of children; methods of organization and conducting of various educational activities, games etc.
