FORMATION AND INTRODUCTION OF THE STATE INFORMATION POLICY AS GUARANTEE OF STATE SECURITY ENSURING

The approaches to formation and introduction of the state information policy as guarantee of national security ensuring are developed in the article. In particular, the structural features and specifics of functioning of the system of subjects and objects of the state information policy are characterized. The general structure of the state system of information security ensuring is defined. The functions of the state by information security ensuring are determined.
