Fig. 5. Comparison of the inferior aspect of the skull of Tyrannosaurus (A) and Dromceus (B). p. nar., posterior nares. [Pa. sp.], position of parasphenoid. Ec. pt., ectopterygoid. The ectopterygoids (Ec. pt.) have slipped back from the normal contact with the posterior process of tbe maxilla, as indicated by the arrow.
