FIGURE 1. Maximum-likehood phylogenetic analyses derived from partial mitochondrial 16S in Worldwide revision of the genus Fraseroscyphus Boero and Bouillon, 1993 (Cnidaria: Hydrozoa): an integrative approach to establish new generic diagnoses
Description
FIGURE 1. Maximum-likehood phylogenetic analyses derived from partial mitochondrial 16S rRNA gene sequences (479 bp). Numbers near the nodes indicate bootstrap or Bayesian posterior probability values. Values lower than 50 or 0.5 were omitted, or labelled with "<". The scale bar represents 0.05 substitutions per site. * To avoid potential problemtic sequences, the sequences of F. hozawai (KT190714) and S. tricuspidatus (KT190735) represent the most abundant haplotypes (clones) shared by different samples of each species (Table 3), without apparent insertions or deletions disrupting the secondary structure of the Region I–III of hydrozoan 16S rRNA.
