The subject of the study is theoretical and methodical approaches to the consideration of the
essence of the labor potential quality and its provision as a powerful basis for achieving the organization
of high socially useful final results from the standpoint of the activity approach implementation.
The aim of the study is to consider the concept of «labor potential quality» as a complex phenomenon
in the context of the formation of effective personnel management organizations of different profile and
activity scale for achieving high final results and at the same time for increasing the index of employees’
self–organization.
Research methods. In the study of the concept «quality of labor potential» essence as a complex
phenomenon and as a basis for the effective activity of any organization integrated, structural–logical,
systemic and statistical approaches are used that ensured the conceptual unity of the research.
Results of the work. The presented study developed a three–pronged approach to considering
the phenomenon of «labor potential quality» to enhance its role in ensuring high final results of the
organization.
Application of results. The proposed approach can be used in organizations regardless of the
ownership form and economic activity type.
Conclusions. The research substantiates the need of considering the labor potential quality both
from the standpoint of statics and the activity approaches, inextricably linked with the organization
management culture.
