High accuracy gap closure of the tomato genome by single-read extension

Description
The updated genome sequence which was replaced gaps with the completely filled sequences using GFSRE in tomato reference genome (SL2.50 version).
The updated gene structure annotation was predicted according to the updated genome sequence and transcriptome data.
