High accuracy gap closure of the tomato genome by single-read extension

File 1. SL2.50.update.fa: The updated genome sequence which was replaced gaps with the completely filled sequences using GFSRE in tomato reference genome (SL2.50 version).
File 2. update_gene_model.gff3: The updated gene structure annotation was predicted according to the updated genome sequence and transcriptome data.
File 3. SL2.50.filled_with_three_methods.fa: The updated genome sequence which was replaced gaps with the completely filled sequences using GFSRE, GapFiller and GapCloser in tomato reference genome (SL2.50 version).
