ЕКОНОМІЧНІ ЗАСАДИ РОЗВИТКУ ВІТЧИЗНЯНОГО РИНКУ ОРГАНІЧНОГО ОВОЧІВНИЦТВА

Description

The ecological sustainability of agriculture depends on the cleanliness of land, water and air resources. Nevertheless, attention should be paid to the controversial aspects of philosophy and the history of the issue. Against the background of the unconditionally logical tendency towards healthy lifestyles and the availability of environmentally friendly food, information sources often focus on contradictory goals of organic agriculture. the assertion about the possibility of achieving a complete purity of the product, the increase in yields due to the increase of soil fertility provided the abandonment of fertilizers and remedies and some others. they look more emotional expectations. However, in the presence of a new market that has been actively growing in recent decades, this fact can not be ignored by the agrarian economy of Ukraine.

The economy of organic agricultural production is a fundamentally different system compared to the traditional one. The peculiarity of organic production is due to the fact that the strict regulation of the production process through the application of certain rules and standards, in particular regarding the proper maintenance of animals, the use of substances and processes of natural origin, in addition to economic effects, makes it possible to achieve the objectives of conservation and restoration of natural resources, biodiversity, products by small commodity producers. Instead, the business environment has long been developing and offering its own – usually tougher standards – that have virtually little or nothing to do with regulations, and this is typical of the rest of the world. It also formulates the issue of control systems, which are very carefully guided by state structures and standards. Dualism of business and state regulation of this business will necessarily be actualized in Ukraine as the organic products market develops.

The main trend of the state policy in the field of organic agriculture /vegetable growing is due to the expectations of integration processes. It should also be emphasized that the organic vegetable market in Ukraine, as well as the entire domestic vegetable market, develops in the direction of minimal regulation, which is potentially a positive factor of long-term influence. The expediency of regulation is seen rather in providing domestic producers of vegetable products with the necessary recommendations regarding the choice of the optimal type of activity and the most profitable channels of sales, including exports. In turn, it is the establishment of export of organic vegetable products is the most realistic factor in the growth of the industry.
