Family physician is one of the most important capacity for distributing health justice among community members.76% of the burden of illness in the country is related to noncontagious diseases. Health system in Iran should be able to succeed in this area, as we have been successful in controlling the contagious diseases in the past.The most important benefits of family physicians was:Free Relative Cost of Level One Therapy (Visit - medicine), Underlining the health of covered households, Identify the most diabetics and hypertension patients, Establishing care plans tailored to the needs of the covered population, Eliminate financial transaction between doctor and patient (Bribe). Lack of the file of electronic system, not having a stable credit line in the budget law, was the most important part of the family doctor.Findings of the research showed that in order to establish health justice, the health system in Iran should seek to resolve the weaknesses and threats and accelerate the implementation of health justice among people by focusing on existing opportunities and strengths.
