The construction sector has a special role in the socio-economic development of each country. it is obvious that the use of the principles of project management for the implementation of a number of tasks of infrastructure construction and management of real estate is obvious, since rational planning and appropriate management provided the opportunity to create large-scale projects, many of which have survived several millennia.
