Models and methods of clustering in the management of the development of industrial enterprises

Description

The article defines the concept of "cluster" and its main characteristics, presents cluster functions and corresponding characteristics of models of clusterization. The main features of the stages of the life cycle of clusters and possible ways of supporting the achievement of critical mass are considered, the definition of the market position of clusters is estimated. The main methods of clusterization, which are grouped into quantitative and qualitative approaches, have been investigated, advantages, limitations and conditions of use by the interested parties of the corresponding method have been determined. Based on the results of the study, measures have been identified for the development and planning of production cluster policies, and the monitoring and evaluation of cluster policy is proposed based on targeted, economical (related to effect) criteria and process efficiency criteria
