Cami'de Cemaatle Namaz Kılmanın Dini, Sosyal ve Psikolojik Açıdan Önemi ve Etkisi

Today, when modernism is dominant, unfortunately, religion is taken lightly, and religious life and worship life are reduced to simplicity. There are also many people without worship. These include the prayer of the congregation. When we look at the sensitivity of our ancestors to the construction of the mosque, we see that both the Seljuks and the Ottomans made mosques very close to each other. There must be two reasons for this; the importance they give to prayer/salaat and the sensitivity shown to performing the salaat with the congregation. In the past, there have been periods when the people who left the congregation were not accepted as true witness. Today we see that the rate of those who prayed five times or who prayed with the congregation is very low. Even the issue of praying with the congregation has emerged from the agenda of many Muslims. We can say this is a very sad situation. It is a matter that we must emphasize and seek remedies for. In this context, in this paper, we aim to examine and analyze the necessity and importance of praying with the community on the basis of basic sources.

Modernizmin hâkim olduğu günümüzde maalesef din hafife alınmakta, dini hayat, ibadet hayatı çok basite indirgenmekte ve ameli yönü olmayan çok sayıda insanın var olduğu müşahede edilmektedir. Cemaatle namaz konusu da bunlar arasındadır. Ecdadımızın cami yapımına karşı gösterdiği hassasiyete baktığımız zaman gerek Selçuklular ve gerekse Osmanlılar olsun adım başı birbirine çok yakın camiler yaptıklarını görmekteyiz. Bunun da iki sebebi olsa gerek; namaza verdikleri önem ve namazın cemaatle kılınmasına gösterdikleri hassasiyettir. Geçmişte cemaati terk edenlerin şehadetinin kabul edilmediği dönemlerin söz konusu olduğu ifade edilir. Bugün beş vakit namaz kılanların veya cemaatle namaz kılanların oranının çok düşük olduğunu görmekteyiz. Hatta cemaatle namaz kılma meselesi, birçok Müslümanın gündeminden çıkmış bulunmaktadır. Bu da çok üzücü bir durum olduğunu söyleyebiliriz. Bu problem üzerinde önemle durmamız ve mutlaka çareler aramamız gereken bir husustur. Bu bağlamda bu çalışmamızda cemaatle namaz kılmanın gereğini, önemini nasslar bazında tetkik ve tahlil etmeği amaçlamaktayız.
