slithiaote/lepton: Switch to source-based distribution

This release switches to source-based distribution instead of binary. The archive contains .ml files that were extracted from lepton.nw and are suitable for compiling an initial lepton.bin executable. This is useful for compiling Lepton on Linux and Windows Subsystem for Linux platforms.
