GenderSAFE Country Fiche: Netherlands – National Policy Monitoring

  • 1. Czech Academy of Sciences, Institute of Sociology

Description

This country fiche forms part of the GenderSAFE national policy monitoring across 18 European countries. The monitoring maps and analyses national and regional laws, policies and initiatives addressing gender-based violence in higher education and research, using a standardised questionnaire and a common analytical framework.

The fiche provides an overview of the instruments identified in the country, their scope and key characteristics, and reported plans for further policy development. Where applicable, it also examines provisions relating to Commitment, Action and Accountability, drawing on the principles of the EU Zero-Tolerance Code of Conduct.

The country fiches complement the comparative findings presented in the GenderSAFE national policy monitoring report, providing context for understanding the different policy frameworks in place across Europe.
