Description

This infopack presents the Polish demonstrator of the BuildON project, a municipal kindergarten in Gdynia equipped with a heat pump, a backup gas boiler and a rooftop PV system but previously lacking integrated energy management. It describes the smart monitoring and control solutions deployed, which contributed to a 16% improvement in the building's energy efficiency, the involvement of municipal teams and kindergarten staff, and the main lessons learned for replicating the approach across other public buildings in Gdynia.
