This deliverable provides the software code and technical documentation of the real-time monitoring and stability-management services developed within InterSCADA WP2–Task 2.3, “Measures and strategies for stability management and innovative ancillary services”. The focus is on PMU-driven (and, where relevant, SCADA-assisted) algorithms that improve situational awareness and enable timely operator response in hybrid AC/DC power systems, with particular attention to voltage and frequency stability phenomena.
