This deliverable specifies the measurement data, algorithmic building blocks, and microservice-ready interfaces that increase situational awareness in hybrid AC/DC power systems, with particular focus on converter-dominant and low-inertia operating regimes. The deliverable consolidates metrology-oriented measurement functions (PMU/WMU/DMU and wideband extensions) and power-system analytics (hybrid AC/DC state estimation and transient stability screening), and supports them with explicit input/output definitions and offline validation evidence.
