ClimEmpower Resilience Indicators Factsheets

This Zenodo entry contains the ClimEmpower Resilience Indicator Factsheets together with an accompanying introduction and overview document. The material was developed within the Horizon Europe ClimEmpower project to support the assessment of regional climate resilience.

The introduction outlines the underlying resilience framework, including six thematic dimensions—Health & Wellbeing; Population, Society & Education; Economy & Labour Market; Infrastructure; Environment & Settlement Areas; and Governance, Strategy & Planning—as well as the characteristics used to assess resilience. It also documents the indicator selection process, stakeholder feedback from the ClimEmpower Communities of Practice, data availability, spatial requirements, and identified data gaps.

The accompanying indicator factsheets provide detailed information on the selected resilience indicators, including their definition, relevance for resilience, calculation approach, underlying datasets, and recommendations for their application and further development.
