GDI D1.6 Genome of Europe plan - evaluation and review

This deliverable summarises the ongoing collaboration between the European Genomics Data Infrastructure (GDI) and the Genome of Europe (GoE) projects. While the GDI project is meant to work with member states to set up the Genome EDIC and its technical infrastructure, the GoE is the first funded project to generate data for Genome EDIC and use the infrastructure to exploit the data made available by countries. The collaboration has been articulated in WP1 to support the strategic collaboration and in WP7, where the use cases from the Genome of Europe project were included in the GDI project, before the start of an actual GoE project. This consisted of providing input to the GDI from a GoE perspective, including envisioned analyses, functional requirements, concepts on data governance, and general alignment between the two projects.
